  • Black streaking, moss, and lichens make their home on your roof shingles, consuming the shingle for food.  They do more than  just look nasty and leave streaks on your roof.  
  • In addition to lowering your curb appeal, they are literally eating your roof and destroying it.  They're airborne  algae called Gleocapsa Magma that eat the limestone filler in your shingle and multiply until your entire roof is infested.  
  • The longer the infestation is left untreated, the more damage is done in your shingles, drastically shortening their lifespan along with reducing cooling efficiency due to the darker color of the algae absorbing more sunlight as heat.


Our safe soft wash method of cleaning utilizes an air diaphragm pumping system (not a pressure washer) that gently pumps the proper algaecide recommended  by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association for cleaning  asphalt shingles. This allows us to remove the infestation without damage to the shingles or unnecessary removal of granules caused by improper pressure.

Our concrete surface cleaner is  a professional grade 24"  cleaner that properly disburses even pressure for optimal cleaning .  Improperly applied pressure from a pressure washing wand alone  can create too much force being directed to  the surface causing an uneven appearance and streaking.
